I have 3 frank green bottles/cups and each keep liquids hot/cold for ages. Always quick service and delivery. I will forever use my water bottles, I love them. One of them I noticed had a defect when I went to buy a new lid for it they didn't fit however it was rectified quickly and Ange from customer service went above and beyond to fix the issue. Great customer service and I love my products.

I had a great experience shopping with Frank Green! I wasn’t able to place my order online due to a technical difficulty so I emailed their customer service team. They were quick to respond and placed the order manually for me. Turn over time/shipping was only a couple of days which I was super impressed with as I’m interstate and the quality of their products is amazing! Would happily shop with Frank Green again.

I'm stunned about the poor reviews.
I've had the water bottle for a couple of years and I am a huge fan. I have never had a water bottle that is so easy to operate with one hand, you just press the button with one finger, drink and then press the button again. I'm often busy with my other hand so I really came to appreciate the convenience and elegance of this design compared to my other bottles.
The mechanism did work loose after quite some time but it's trivial to tighten up again. Also my lid shell did break after *several* drops but I was delighted to find the lid shell is available as a spare part at a very reasonable price. I don't know of any other company that will offer exactly the component you need (rather than a complete assembly) and at such a reasonable cost. As long as this continues then the bottle is an absolute keeper for me and I'll likely get another.
Pending the arrival of my new lid, the customer service experience has also been excellent. Really impressed - thanks guys.

I seriously regret ever buying my first bottle. Spent $60 on a bottle and to have the lid break after 5 days of having it is ridiculous. How am I saving the environment if I drop the bottle once and the lid cracks? So inconvenient and the cost of a replacement lid is ridiculous. Please do yourself a favour and get your bottles from somewhere else!

I bought two mugs as there looked nice and the website looked good .
I made the mistake of not checking the reviews beforehand .
Both bottles leak and the drinks don’t stay hot or warm for that matter .
I sent a few emails asking for refund they sent two lids instead and try to fob me off by saying you have to close the lid only once the hot drink is not 100d hot as the steam will cool it down .
Anyway tried the new lids and the same issue drinks don’t stay warm and they leak .
I will have to take this matter further .
Please don’t bug and waste your money .

The reviews are right. How on earth did this cup ever get to market? Talk about a con.

Terrible quality. Ceramic grazed on the first WASH let alone use for actual purpose. Contacted them to get a refund and received no solution. "12 month warranty" an absolute joke if they can't even honour it after 1 week of owning it and literally 0 uses. Avoid at all costs.

IT LEAKS!
Do not buy this expensive mug/bottles. The lid system doesn’t work, I have been trying to contact them since December, they say the will send me a new lid a month ago and I haven’t received, I am emailing them to ask for a full refund. I bought it in December and I haven’t been able to used it yet!
The replying time is unbelievable slow.

Love the idea behind these! Have bought several coffee cups, I spent over 100 euro on water bottles from myself and 2 kids. All of the lids leak. Total design flaw. So disappointed with them.

Bought two cups, I emailed saying one of them leaks when we drink from it, the customer service asked to send a video. So we did that, and they sent out a replacement lid mechanic. Didn't help. Both cups leak when we drink from them, or even just carrying them upright, seems leak out of the sides of the lid. We now use them without the lids because it seems wasteful to throw them out. Do not recommend this brand.

Although an initial two week reply to answer - which I appreciate is because you are all so busy - Ewart picked up my enquiry and his / her customer service was probably the best I’ve experienced in a long time. Incredibly friendly, helpful and speedy replies. Thank you Ewart.

Made an order for a Christmas present over a month ago on 1st Dec. Still have not received it, nor are Frank Green replying to any of my emails. Absolutely useless! I do not recommend Frank Green.
